As a postpartum doula, BVD feels it is important that the whole family be included in support of baby or a new child. Just as mom is going through transition in welcoming the new baby at home, so are the other caretakers.

It is our goal that we support the whole family, including new fathers or partners. It is important that I understand your family roles and work with other partners to help them estsablish their bond with baby.
